Brand & Communications Strategy 

I work with partners to identify their purpose, and align this with realities of consumer behavior. Said another way, I can help determine not only what to say, but how and where to say it.


Consumer Insights & Market Research 

I believe in the power of relevant consumer insights to inform business decisions, and the importance of tailoring a research approach to the questions you want to answer. I use modern methodologies to gather input from consumers and bring insights to the table quickly. My research experience includes ethnography, focus groups, creative evaluation, attitudes and usage, brand tracking, user experience testing, and more.


Workshop Facilitation

Sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to get a group of people together for a structured and productive conversation. I’ll prepare the agenda and discussion guide of illuminating questions that will lead us to achieve a shared, predetermined objective. 


Strategy and Leadership Training 

One of my passions is coaching strategists and established leaders to develop new tools and practices that can improve their work. I’ve taught classes at local universities and Miami Ad School, and sat on panels for AdFed, SXSW, The 3% Conference, and more.


Pitch Decks 

Powerful new ideas can be tricky to communicate. I work with new business teams in agencies and brand new businesses to craft narratives that inform and inspire their audience.
